Blackbeard's Ship - Queen Anne's Revenge

Blackbeard's ship, the Queen Anne's Revenge was an early 18th-century French slave ship believed to be built in Bristol, England in 1710. It was equipped with 40 guns and crewed over 300 men. Blackbeard captured the ship in 1717 and used the ship for less than a year. In May 1718, Blackbeard ran the ship aground at Topsail Inlet, now known as Beaufort Inlet, NC.
